Hey Roy, this is Garry from Indianapolis, Indiana. I'm just calling to say thanks man! Last September (2004) I started playing Online NL Texas Holdem to practice for the home games we were starting up. I had never even played poker before so as you could imagine I didn't fair to well. I was looking for tips on the internet one day and came across your Texas Holdem e-book. I've never been one to shy away from paying for a good education, so without hesitation I downloaded your book. By Christmas (2004) my poker account was over $2000, with an initial deposit of only $150. Using your strategies I slowing worked my way up to playing at $100 NL Tables, even won a 100 + 9 Sit and Go for $500. I did this by never putting more than 10% of my bank roll at risk in any one tournament or cash game. As my bankroll got fatter I'd move up to the higher stakes tables. We started playing home games monthly, with people who have been playing poker for years I might add. My finishes have been outstanding, usually in the money or just out. One night I even placed first in both games. I owe my success to your e-book and newsletters I have been receiving. They have accelerated my learning curve and given me the confidence to play at the higher stakes tables. Have I lost some money.... Sure. I've taken my fair share of bad beats too. But, by never putting more than 10% of my poker bankroll at risk, I've been able use online poker as another source of income. When I sit down at a online cash game or in a tournament I never have to think what if I lose all this money, and that helps my play with less emotions. This is André G. from Gatineau, Quebec. I'm calling to say thank you for the tips you provide in your newsletters which I have been reading since June 6th. Specifically about the article on chasing straight draws. In tournaments, I'm no longer chasing straight draws when it's too expensI've, keeping my chips for a better spot, especially late in a tourney. With this new discipline, it help me win an on-line limit Hold Em tournament on Pacific Poker on July 30th. A nice $179.00 for $2.50 buy-in, not bad! Your tactics a very logical and I'm looking forward for some more.

I ve been reading the newsletter for a couple of months and everything Roy says is right on the money. I play mostly online and my profits are increasing steadily from each nugget of poker gold. Hi Roy, I have been using and reading your news letters for six months now. I do lots of online poker playing especially sit and go tournaments. Your secrets and tips have been invaliable to me in my quest to be a better poker player. Your tip on playing heads up has been the tip that has really made me more profits and has allowed to me to win lots of sit and go single NL holdem tourneys. This past weekend I got in four tournamnets made it to the money each time and won twice. Of course I would have loved to win each time but that s poker. Hey Roy, this is Bob from Chicago Ridge, I have purchased your book and also recieve your newsletter, there is so much information that it is hard to keep tract of it all, I often refer back to it just to refresh myself. I would have to say that the most important part of it would be on how to spot tells, but I don't think I use it like everyone else does I think I use it a little differently, instead of using it to spot tells on others, I used it to realize my own tells and since then have been able to mask them a little better and not get read like a book.
