I play almost entirely online and have read many other books and have been receiving and reading your newsletter religiously... The problem with most "poker books" is that most of the strategies and tactics discussed are for playing against top players when realistically, unless a person plays at very high stakes, most opponents are weak or average at best (especially online where one should only be playing weak players anyway; if not, find another table). The tips and strategies you have provided me are more useful and easier to apply against "everyday opponents". They are strategies just not discussed by the big name authors. I credit you for having the single most influential impact on my poker success. As I mentioned earlier, I play almost entirely online. Six or Seven months ago I started with a 50 dollar investment on a poker site and that has turned into nearly 10,000. I now make my living playing online poker bringing in nearly 1,000 a week by destroying low limit ring games and sit n goes using your techniques which I want to thank you for. Every week here in Dallas, Texas there is a free tournament that is held at the "Lodge Gentlemen's Club" every Sunday. There are usually between seventy to eighty players that enter this tournament. I had been having bad luck and had not been to a final table for several months. My wife got me a copy of "Texas Holdem Secrets and after reading it I not only got to the final table, but I have been seated at the final table two weeks in a row. I am anxiously awaiting this weeks tournament. I know it was because of your Texas Holdem Secrets that my play has improved.
